SHIPPING

Smoke Dreams ships Australia-wide on all orders purchased through our online shop, as well as for customers in-store that require delivery.

At this time, we do not ship outside Australia.

Purchases made on Smoke Dreams are shipped from our warehouse in Melbourne, Victoria.

Your order will be shipped on confirmation of payment in full via Direct Bank Deposit or with approval from PayItLater.

Shipping fees are calculated through the Australia Post API in our shopping cart.

All parcels are shipped using Australia Post’s Parcel Post service. Customers wanting speedy deliver can choose Express Post.

All parcels are shipped in plain wrapping and will not reveal any information regarding the contents inside. 

Delivery times vary and take between 1 to 14 business days.

When your order is shipped, you will receive notifications from both our system and Australia Post, including a tracking code for your parcel. If you do not receive a notification within the first 48 hours, please get in touch with us so we can provide the tracking code.

From time to time, Australia Post experiences delays that are outside of our control.

If your delivery is delayed, please check your tracking code. If you suspect your order is lost, please contact us via email shop@smokedreams.com.au

If your order is damaged in transit, please email us immediately at shop@smokedreams.com.au with a photograph and description of the problem.
