PURCHASES, REFUNDS AND RETURNS: When you make a purchase on the Smoke Dreams website, you are agreeing that you are an authorized user of the credit card or debit card used to place your order. Smoke Dreams values the security of your personal information. All details entered into our site go through a secure socket layer technology (SSL).
Details are securely transmitted in order to be processed; however we never store your credit card details.
Any fraudulent use of a credit card or other payment methods to this site is a serious offence under Australian law and will be referred directly to the police.
Payment will be processed at the time you place an order. All product descriptions and prices are made in good faith and shall be accurate to the best of our ability. Any errors in description or pricing will be rectified by us when brought to our attention. If a purchase is made based on a description that is inaccurate the customer will be entitled to a refund (as long as the product has not been used and the product packaging, ie; factory box the item came in, has not been damaged in any way).
Products cannot be returned due to:
Damage caused by misuse or negligence.
A change of mind by the customer.
Any damage or imperfections stated in the item description when purchased.
All purchases are final and returns are not accepted, unless items are faulty. This excludes breakages due to the delivery process; we need to be notified within 48 hours of delivery, with photo of the broken item (the item can then only be returned if it has not been used and you have notified us within the specified time period). Claims on faulty items need to be made within 7 days from time of purchase. We will refund or replace any items that are found to be faulty. If you feel your item is faulty, please contact us at email@example.com and we will then advise you on how to return your item. The customer will be liable for the cost of return of the product.
Smoke Dreams may refund this cost at our discretion after assessing the returned product, or we may make alternate arrangements. All of our parcels are sent with a signature required, If no signature required is authorized by the customer we take no responsibility for the outcome of the delivery if it is to go missing once delivered. While we try to ensure that all the information on our website is accurate, unfortunately errors may sometimes occur. If an error has been made, we will inform you as soon as possible. We are under no obligation to fulfill an order for an incorrect item.
We cannot guarantee availability on all items and reserve the right to cancel any order at any time.
If an item is out of stock at time of purchase, you will be notified so other arrangements can be made.
